Sacred Heart Home will offer indoor (during inclement weather) & outdoor visits 5 days/week by way of prescheduled appointments.

There was a small vestibule where there were mail slots for the CRCS personnel. A loaded M-14 rifle was kept in a corner of the vestibule. The main portion of the site (radio room) contained approx. 4 KWT-6's, a large phone patch panel/tape recorder and 4 KWM-2. There was also a desk and several chairs. • Visitors and residents must comply with maintaining 6ft social distancing, using hand sanitizer, reviewing signage, and properly wearing face masks AT ALL TIMES during the visit.
• Visitors will be accompanied and monitored by staff to ensure proper protocols are being followed. Visitors must adhere to social distancing markings.
• Visitors will undergo health screenings by answering health questions and having temperature checks, along with providing necessary details for potential contact tracing.
• There can be NO consumption of food or beverages during visitation as one must remove their mask to do so and the visitor CANNOT give any items directly to the resident AT ANY TIME.
• Visits are by appointment only and for a maximum of 30 minutes, please call (716) 759-2644 ext. 344 or 350 to schedule an appointment. We need your cooperation in understanding that you can only be given an appointment if the slot is open and we require at least 24hours (no same-day appointments).
• Residents are allowed 2 visitors at a time. One visitor must be at least 18 years old.
• We reserve the right to refuse any visitor who does not pass the health screening, is under the influence, does not follow the indicated guidelines, is disruptive, or presents a danger to any resident or staff.
• If you are ill, PLEASE STAY HOME!!!!
• Currently, we will only allow 4 visitors at any one time.
• Please wait in your car until the staff directs you to come to the visit area.
• Visiting Hours are available in 30minute increments between 930am-1030am,
130pm-230pm and 630pm-730pm EXCLUDING WEDNESDAYS & FRIDAYS and we encourage you to come a few minutes early to complete the health/temp screening requirements.
Visits are scheduled by appointment only – call (716)759-2644 to reserve your time slot.
In the event of any cases of Covid-19 at Brothers of Mercy Sacred Heart Home, visitation will be suspended for at least 14 days.

Family members of residents at the Brothers of Mercy Sacred Heart Home that are interested in setting up video calls via Skype or Facetime should follow these steps:
